The Released Seas
مَرَجَ ٱلۡبَحۡرَيۡنِ يَلۡتَقِيَانِ ١٩
He hath loosed the two seas. They meet.

Meaning
He released the two seas, meeting each other.
Insight
According to Elmalılı, “maraja” here means released; various explanations are given for the two seas, chief among them the sweet and salt waters of Surat al-Furqan.
