They Cannot Speak
وَوَقَعَ ٱلۡقَوۡلُ عَلَيۡهِم بِمَا ظَلَمُواْ فَهُمۡ لَا يَنطِقُونَ ٨٥
And the Word will be fulfilled concerning them because they have done wrong, and they will not speak.
Translation: Marmaduke Pickthall
Meaning
The word will befall them for their wrongdoing, and they will not speak.

According to Elmalılı, then their speech is seized; they can say nothing, not even object.
