The Greatest Calamity
أُوْلَـٰٓئِكَ ٱلَّذِينَ لَهُمۡ سُوٓءُ ٱلۡعَذَابِ وَهُمۡ فِي ٱلۡأٓخِرَةِ هُمُ ٱلۡأَخۡسَرُونَ ٥
Those are they for whom is the worst of punishment, and in the Hereafter they will be the greatest losers.

Meaning
Those are the ones for whom is the worst punishment; in the Hereafter they are the greatest losers.

According to Elmalılı, blindness of heart and lack of faith in the Hereafter are the greatest spiritual calamity.
