Taught by One Mighty
عَلَّمَهُۥ شَدِيدُ ٱلۡقُوَىٰ ٥
Which one of mighty powers hath taught him.

Meaning
Taught to him by one intense in strength.
Insight
According to Elmalılı, there is no doubt that Allah teaches the Qur’an; but Gabriel, who brought it down by Allah’s leave, is also described as mighty in strength.
