An-Najm 53:48

He Enriches
وَأَنَّهُۥ هُوَ أَغۡنَىٰ وَأَقۡنَىٰ ٤٨
And that He it is Who enricheth and contenteth.
Translation: Marmaduke Pickthall
Meaning
And that it is He who enriches and suffices.

According to Elmalılı, He is the one who makes the poor rich and gives them capital, frees His servant from need, or contents him.
