فَمَن تَوَلَّىٰ بَعۡدَ ذَٰلِكَ فَأُوْلَـٰٓئِكَ هُمُ ٱلۡفَٰسِقُونَ ٨٢
Then whosoever after this shall turn away: they will be miscreants.
