هَٰذَا بَيَانࣱ لِّلنَّاسِ وَهُدࣰى وَمَوۡعِظَةࣱ لِّلۡمُتَّقِينَ ١٣٨
This is a declaration for mankind, a guidance and an admonition unto those who ward off (evil).
