If He Is of Those Brought Near
فَأَمَّآ إِن كَانَ مِنَ ٱلۡمُقَرَّبِينَ ٨٨
Thus if he is of those brought nigh.

Meaning
And if he was of those brought near.

According to Elmalılı, these are the foremost, the first of the three groups mentioned at the start of the surah, named by their highest quality: “those brought near”.
