Heavy Scales
فَأَمَّا مَن ثَقُلَتۡ مَوَٰزِينُهُۥ ٦
Then, as for him whose scales are heavy (with good works).
Translation: Marmaduke Pickthall
Meaning
As for one whose scales are heavy, he will be in a pleasing life.
Insight
Elmalılı points to a subtlety: the life itself is called “pleased”. Contentment is such a joy that it spills over from its owner into his very life.
Reflect
Add a good deed today that will weigh in your scales.
