نَارٌ حَامِيَةُۢ ١١
Raging Fire.
Translation: Marmaduke Pickthall
Meaning
And what will make you know what it is? A blazing fire.
Insight
According to Elmalılı, “hawiyah” is one of the names of Hell and comes from “falling”. This blazing fire is also called “jahim” and “the fire of Allah” in later surahs.
Reflect
Ask Allah for a mercy that will protect you from that fire.
