Sharing the Water
وَنَبِّئۡهُمۡ أَنَّ ٱلۡمَآءَ قِسۡمَةُۢ بَيۡنَهُمۡۖ كُلُّ شِرۡبࣲ مُّحۡتَضَرࣱ ٢٨
And inform them that the water is to be shared between (her and) them. Every drinking will be witnessed.

Meaning
And inform them that the water is shared between them.
Insight
According to Elmalılı, the water was shared in turns between the camel and them: one day the camel drank, the next they drew water.
