Thamud and the Warnings
كَذَّبَتۡ ثَمُودُ بِٱلنُّذُرِ ٢٣
(The tribe of) Thamud rejected warnings.

Thamud denied the warnings.

According to Elmalılı, “nudhur” may mean warnings or warners, that is, prophets.
