Take Him as Guardian
رَّبُّ ٱلۡمَشۡرِقِ وَٱلۡمَغۡرِبِ لَآ إِلَٰهَ إِلَّا هُوَ فَٱتَّخِذۡهُ وَكِيلࣰا ٩
Lord of the East and the West; there is no Allah save Him; so choose thou Him alone for thy defender.
Translation: Marmaduke Pickthall
Meaning
Lord of the east and the west; there is no god but Him, so take Him as Guardian.
Insight
According to Elmalılı, He is the Lord, director and owner of everything in the world, whether it shines or fades; He makes it shine and He makes it fade.
