The Day That Turns Children Grey

Then how, if ye disbelieve, will ye protect yourselves upon the day which will turn children grey.

Translation: Marmaduke Pickthall

Meaning

How will you guard yourselves, if you disbelieve, against a Day that will make children grey-haired?

Insight

According to Elmalılı, that day is so terrible and bitter that it turns newborn children into white-haired elders; for grief and sorrow whiten the hair.

Reflect

Do a good deed today to protect yourself from that day.
