No!
كَلَّآۖ إِنَّهُۥ كَانَ لِأٓيَٰتِنَا عَنِيدࣰا ١٦
Nay! For lo! he hath been stubborn to Our revelations.
Translation: Marmaduke Pickthall
Meaning
No! Indeed, he has been stubborn towards Our signs.
