عَلَىٰٓ أَن نُّبَدِّلَ خَيۡرࣰا مِّنۡهُمۡ وَمَا نَحۡنُ بِمَسۡبُوقِينَ ٤١
To replace them by (others) better than them. And we are not to be outrun.
