When Evil Touches Him
إِذَا مَسَّهُ ٱلشَّرُّ جَزُوعࣰا ٢٠
Fretful when evil befalleth him.

Meaning
When evil touches him, impatient.

According to Elmalılı, when pain, hardship, poverty or illness touches him he writhes, complains, cries out, cannot bear it and looks to others for help.
