Means Known to Allah

كَذَٰلِكَۖ وَقَدۡ أَحَطۡنَا بِمَا لَدَيۡهِ خُبۡرࣰا ۝٩١

So (it was). And We knew all concerning him.

Meaning

So it was. And We encompassed all that he had in knowledge.

According to Elmalılı, Dhul-Qarnayn had so many means that only Allah knew them all, while that bare people had not even a covering from the sun.

Compare what you have with those who have nothing, and give thanks.
