Another Way
ثُمَّ أَتۡبَعَ سَبَبًا ٨٩
Then he followed a road.

Meaning
Then he followed another way.
Insight
According to Elmalılı, after doing what he had to in the west, like the setting sun returning to the east, he took a road leading from west to east.
