He Has Counted All Things
لِّيَعۡلَمَ أَن قَدۡ أَبۡلَغُواْ رِسَٰلَٰتِ رَبِّهِمۡ وَأَحَاطَ بِمَا لَدَيۡهِمۡ وَأَحۡصَىٰ كُلَّ شَيۡءٍ عَدَدَۢا ٢٨
That He may know that they have indeed conveyed the messages of their Lord. He surroundeth all their doings, and He keepeth count of all things.
Translation: Marmaduke Pickthall
Meaning
That he may know they have conveyed the messages of their Lord; and He has counted all things in number.
Insight
According to Elmalılı, this is so the messenger may know with certainty that the angels bringing him the unseen have truly conveyed their Lord’s messages.

Act today knowing Allah has counted everything.
