From Behind the Chambers
إِنَّ ٱلَّذِينَ يُنَادُونَكَ مِن وَرَآءِ ٱلۡحُجُرَٰتِ أَكۡثَرُهُمۡ لَا يَعۡقِلُونَ ٤
Lo! those who call thee from behind the private apartments, most of them have no sense.
Translation: Marmaduke Pickthall
Meaning
Those who call you from behind the chambers, most of them do not reason.
Insight
According to Elmalılı, the chambers are the nine rooms of the Prophet’s home, each belonging to one of his wives.
