The People of al-Hijr
وَلَقَدۡ كَذَّبَ أَصۡحَٰبُ ٱلۡحِجۡرِ ٱلۡمُرۡسَلِينَ ٨٠
And the dwellers in Al-Hijr denied (Our) messengers.

Meaning
And the people of al-Hijr denied the messengers.

According to Elmalılı, these were Thamud, destroyed at al-Hijr; by denying Salih they denied all prophets.
