Who Determined Everything
He unto Whom belongeth the Sovereignty of the heavens and the earth, He hath chosen no son nor hath He any partner in the Sovereignty. He hath created everything and hath meted out for it a measure.
Translation: Marmaduke Pickthall
Meaning
To Him belongs the dominion of the heavens and earth; He has not taken a son; He created everything and determined it precisely.
Insight
According to Elmalılı, dominion includes every form of control in the heavens and earth: creating, annihilating, giving life and death.
Reflect
See the measure in your life as Allah’s decree.
