The Day of Judgement
مَٰلِكِ يَوۡمِ ٱلدِّينِ ٤
Master of the Day of Judgment.

Meaning
Allah alone is Master of the day when every deed is repaid. On that day, judgement belongs to Him alone.
Insight
According to Elmalılı, the word ‘din’ here means ‘recompense’. This recompense is not only punishment; it includes the reward of good. ‘Day’ does not mean 24 hours but an appointed time.
