Urging to Feed the Poor
وَلَا تَحَـٰٓضُّونَ عَلَىٰ طَعَامِ ٱلۡمِسۡكِينِ ١٨
And urge not on the feeding of the poor.
Translation: Marmaduke Pickthall
Meaning
And you do not urge one another to feed the poor.

According to Elmalılı, not only feeding but urging one another to feed the poor is asked for: spreading goodness in society.
