You Are in This City
وَأَنتَ حِلُّۢ بِهَٰذَا ٱلۡبَلَدِ ٢
And thou art an indweller of this city.

Meaning
And you are a dweller in this city.

Elmalılı gives several meanings: while the Prophet lives here, or when he returns by conquest. Another: in this safe city, where even hunting is forbidden, your rights are not respected.
