On a Day of Hunger
أَوۡ إِطۡعَٰمࣱ فِي يَوۡمࣲ ذِي مَسۡغَبَةࣲ ١٤
And to feed in the day of hunger.

Meaning
Or feeding on a day of hunger.
Insight
Elmalılı explains “masghabah” as hunger amid weariness and hardship, a time of general famine. Feeding others when everyone is in need is a greater sacrifice.
