Allah Sees
أَلَمۡ يَعۡلَم بِأَنَّ ٱللَّهَ يَرَىٰ ١٤
Is he then unaware that Allah seeth.

Meaning
Does he not know that Allah sees?
Insight
According to Elmalılı, Allah, to whom all return, sees the straight and the crooked, the good and the bad, and repays everyone for their deeds.
