Whether You Reveal or Conceal
إِن تُبۡدُواْ شَيۡـًٔا أَوۡ تُخۡفُوهُ فَإِنَّ ٱللَّهَ كَانَ بِكُلِّ شَيۡءٍ عَلِيمࣰا ٥٤
Whether ye divulge a thing or keep it hidden, lo! Allah is ever Knower of all things.

Meaning
Whether you reveal a thing or conceal it, Allah is Knower of all things.

According to Elmalılı, whatever it is — harm or honour, good or evil — Allah knows it.
