A Light-Giving Lamp
وَدَاعِيًا إِلَى ٱللَّهِ بِإِذۡنِهِۦ وَسِرَاجࣰا مُّنِيرࣰا ٤٦
And as a summoner unto Allah by His permission, and as a lamp that giveth light.
Translation: Marmaduke Pickthall
Meaning
And one who invites to Allah by His permission, and an illuminating lamp.

According to Elmalılı, he invites not of his own accord but by Allah’s permission to Allah’s oneness and good pleasure.
