They Fear None but Him
ٱلَّذِينَ يُبَلِّغُونَ رِسَٰلَٰتِ ٱللَّهِ وَيَخۡشَوۡنَهُۥ وَلَا يَخۡشَوۡنَ أَحَدًا إِلَّا ٱللَّهَۗ وَكَفَىٰ بِٱللَّهِ حَسِيبࣰا ٣٩
Who delivered the messages of Allah and feared Him, and feared none save Allah. Allah keepeth good account.
Translation: Marmaduke Pickthall
Meaning
Those who convey the messages of Allah and fear Him and fear none but Allah.
Insight
According to Elmalılı, they were messengers like you; they feared Allah but did not practise monasticism, and they married.

When speaking the truth, fear only Allah.
