Turned Away Is He Who Is Turned
يُؤۡفَكُ عَنۡهُ مَنۡ أُفِكَ ٩
He is made to turn away from it who is (himself) averse.
Translation: Marmaduke Pickthall
Meaning
Deluded away from it is he who is deluded.
Insight
According to Elmalılı, whoever is destined to turn from this contradictory speech turns and believes; those who do not believe have been turned from the path of truth.
