Engulfed
ٱلَّذِينَ هُمۡ فِي غَمۡرَةࣲ سَاهُونَ ١١
Who are careless in an abyss.

Meaning
Who are in a flood of heedlessness.

Elmalılı explains “ghamrah” as a swamp, intoxication or ignorance that engulfs a person on all sides like a flood.
