His Own Concern
لِكُلِّ ٱمۡرِيࣲٕ مِّنۡهُمۡ يَوۡمَئِذࣲ شَأۡنࣱ يُغۡنِيهِ ٣٧
Every man that day will have concern enough to make him heedless (of others).
Translation: Marmaduke Pickthall
Meaning
For every one of them that Day is a concern sufficient for him.

According to Elmalılı, everyone will have a matter so pressing that there will be no room to think of or help anyone else.
