From a Drop
مِن نُّطۡفَةٍ خَلَقَهُۥ فَقَدَّرَهُۥ ١٩
From a drop of seed. He createth him and proportioneth him.

Meaning
From a drop He created him and proportioned him.

According to Elmalılı, Allah created man from a drop and passed him through many stages, from the first form to birth, setting him in the finest shape.
